Upgraded to Premium Shared Hosting

Dear 000webhost,

Please migrate or fix my website.

I already purchased an upgrade to Premium Shared Hosting in Hostinger using this account:

I upgraded via that account to make both of my websites running. It’s been more than a week already since I can’t access both of my free websites as well as their database.

I already purchased the upgrade since Monday but Hostinger people keep delaying me.

This is so stressful and revenue impacting as well.

Please resolve this immediately.

You can request the migration of your website directly within the hPanel without contacting Hostinger support.

I see. Thanks for your response but the problem is I can’t migrate manually since I can’t access my database here in 000webhost. I also can’t proceed in working with my free website temporarily since it can’t connect to the database. I was hoping for a quick fix that’s why I immediately purchased the Hosting Premier Shared Hosting.

Usually the transfer should happen pretty quickly once you make the request. Generally in less than a couple of days.

It’s already more than 48 hours, still no update from them. Can I get my free website’s database up and running while waiting for the migration since I really need it to work back already. I’m so desperate right now since those data are very very important to me. I need to work on them ASAP. That’s the reason why I upgraded immediately hoping for an immediate fix but apparently, this takes a lot of time and it’s so stressful already. As in very stressful for more than a week not accessing my free 000webhost website.

I do believe it’s possible since my another website which is elending-wie.000webhostapp.com is working already upon my upgrade. I purchased the Premium Shared Hosting which can accomodate multiple websites in order to make this website elending-jiki.000webhostapp.com up and running as well. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I’ve been loyal to 000webhost for almost 5 years already and I’m continuing to do so just please resolve my issue right now. :pray: :pray: :pray:

I have contacted Hostinger for you. Here’s their response:

Thank you for your patience while waiting.
I see the 000webhost account and URL for elending-jiki.000webhostapp.com is active.
The database is accessible, he should be able to download the database backup from the panel
However if he purchased a hosting in Hostinger directly he can contact us to the live chat or via email and request the migration, we will help with that
At the moment with the email for that account I do not see active servers in Hostinger, so there is no place to move the website to, but maybe the account is with a different email.
I highly recommend asking the client to contact us directly from hist Hostinger account :pray:

I chatted five or six specialists in Hostinger already. No updates til now. I don’t even know if they are really working for it or I’m just waiting for nothing, elending-jiki.000webhostapp.com database is not yet fixed. I don’t know what to do right now. this is so depressing

No fix until now. I think this is hopeless already. I regret buying the premium shared hosting being promoted here. It’s very dissapointing. I still can’t access my database. I’ll just reboot everything on other hosting company. I hope I’ll get refunded from buying something that I will never get benefits.

Hostinger Support couldn’t find any account associated to wiemedianero12345@gmail.com.
Can you perhaps share one of your discussions with Hostinger so I can forward it to them and hopefully obtain a solution for you?
Also, do you have any website in your hostinger hPanel? They might be able to find your account by website name.

Or atleast fix the database issue for http://elending-jiki.000webhostapp.com and I will be the one that will migrate it manually
