URL blacklisted?

Hi there,
I use a subdomain: https://famvanderiet.000webhostapp.com/
But whenever I email (or FB) this URL the email or FB message is rejected.
Mail error = 550 5.7.1 5.0.0 Mail rejected
Is it normal that subdomains are blacklisted?? How can it be undone?

Hi there, unfortunately some services (including Facebook and Gmail) might filter *.000webhostapp.com URLs because they are often used by abusers for spam or scams. To get around this, connect a custom domain to your website.
