we have MySQL?

I dont know if this CMS is supported by 000webhost.
Try heading to 000webhost.com > General Settings and using a lesser version of PHP, then try again, then if no help try a lesser version and try again until it works and if it doesn’t resolve do post back please!

According to the documentation of your CMS, it was tested using php 5.2 Therefore I lowered your PHP version to 5.2 Try now and reply your result here.
