Hi, I need help logging into an account that friend has made for my website. I am by no means a computer geek or anything of that sort. The reason why I can’t ask my friend for the password is that when he tries to do a password reset, the link does not send to his email. If any type of verification is necessary I will be willing to verify myself. Thank you.
If your friend emails us directly at moderator @ 000webhost .com via the email they’ve signed up with and their proof of identification we can help you out.
Else your friend can wait for the email to be sent out / once the platform has returned to normal status.
