My website has been archived due to low traffic. I received an email stating " You can still restore your website by visiting your control panel and simply clicking on the ‘Restore’ button!" However, when I log in, I’m not able to access the Control Panel because it wants me to upgrade. Can I get restored as indicated by the email?
