Please help. Got this message after I configure WP Fastest Cache plugin.

Using file manager delete the htaccess file from the public folder then go to wp-content and then plugins and delete the cache plugin folder

In the WP admin while logged in you may need to hit settings then permalinks and choose default or plain again for your pages to load properly when selecting different pages on the website

Most likely related to rate-limiting sadly
If you wait 4 hours it should be resolved
