Hi,

My website has been archived too over the weekend. It states that it was archived due to low activity but I was actively using it before the weekend. Would appreciate that an email notification be sent out first before executing this archiving action.

Can you please assist to restore it?

Showing as deleted not archived. Does it appear in your panel? If so then hit restore, if not itā€™s deleted, make a new one.

As per our terms and conditions users are responsible for regular backups and in the event that the data was lost then it would be up to the user how to restore the data unfortunately.

Now iā€™ve got another problem!!! :grimacing:

I was updating my wordpress, were in the hotā€¦and than:

Canā€™t select database

We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the id2125019_wp_4c692639fcf1854e2e5ed62c45e1f2c8 database.

Likely rate limiting Iā€™ll check it out in a few hours to see if it resolved.

You could check PHPmyadmin to see if you can access that, if that doesnā€™t let you in then go into file manager and take your wp-config.php password value and use it to set that as the database password and wait five minutes
