i get this even thourgh i allready installed word press. and started building the website allready.
after not working for like an hour or two. it will go back to working. any one knows how to fix this problem ?
It could be rate-limiting that means WordPress won’t see the database which is already installed as it has exceeded the free limits, wait a few hours to see if your website resumes normal operation
