Website is sleeping. How to fix it?

Hi, i had this message from my website:

“Website is sleeping.
Website owners can wake website from sleep in members area”

I use it only for test php/html code and wordpress site.
The site was https://d3920540.000webhostapp.com/
How can i wakeup it? I cannot do it.

Your site simply exceeded resources allocated, the site should be online again.
If it happens again then you may have to upgrade to Hostinger to resolve the issue or seek alternative free hosting.
