Website owners can wake website from sleep in members area

  • Once logged in how do you wake your website ?

  • How often will websites now be put to sleep in this manner in the middle of the day ?

#2

Try changing your password

Password changed. Same result…

Command: PASS ******************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Ever since one of my 2 sites was put on permanent sleep a couple of days ago I also cannot access it via FTP. Someone took my site out of permanent sleep and is has been up & running fine but I still am not allowed to connect via FTP. I have had no problems connecting with FTP before my site was put on permanent sleep and that includes just an hour or so before my site was taken down & put backup.

These are the Filezilla errors…

Please see the following for resolution to permanent site sleep…
