My site goes down 20-25 times PER DAY.
HOW do I stop this? I’ve built my website and LOST ALL content 12 times tonight and I’m furious! I’ve been trying to build my site for DAYS and this keeps happening.
I make changes to the menu, a page, whatever, and when I hit “save/publish” it’s all lost.
PLEASE, PLEASE help me fix this!!

Hi it is probably because wordpress is very resource consuming and if you are doing updates quickly in your wordpress site then it exceed maximum queries per hour and it take time for them to be cooled down. Till that time you can’t access your site and database.
Can you try deactivating some plugins or if you have any seo optimization or cache plugin then delete them and reply with result
Ooooh! I have AT LEAST 8 plugins that I DON’T use but downloaded to try, but didn’t like them.
The updates I’m doing is BUILDING the site, so the plugins are the issue??
Yes try to make less update each hour and delete unused plugins
