Website keeps redirecting to WordPress install page

I have issue in which my site is constantly redirected to /wp-admin/install.php , even though I got WordPress already installed and working. After filling the form at that site and submitting I receive long list of “WordPress database error” errors, but that doesn’t matter, website shouldn’t be even redirected to that form/site. I had more success with different starter page, but eventually while editing the website with Elementor the same problem occurred.

Way to recreate issue:

  1. Create website.
  2. Install WordPress.
  3. Delete pre-installed plugins.
  4. Install Astra Starter Websites plugin.
  5. Install Astra in themes.
  6. Choose Organic Store starter website.
