Hi my website has not been accessible for a number of days and ftp is not working. Is this a server issue or has my site been deleted? The site name is https://jprojects.000webhostapp.com although I have a domain name parked at this address.
It would appear as if that URL and the account that owned it was deleted on 2019-08-20 00:16:14 for inactivity.
Thus why you had to sign-up a fresh account using the same email 16 hours ago.
