I’m not sure about the website being unavailable, however for it not connecting for me it was because of Google’s DNS Servers, switch to you internet providers default DNS and try it. Seemed to work for me.
Google DNS? Not going thru Google DNS. Not set to go thru any particular DNS? All browser LAN settings are set to automatic detect. Please explain further.
