Website suddently offline, and so does the file manager

Hey there.
I just started creating my website, https://lamor2019.000webhostapp.com/
I started editing my wordpress page, then it suddently went to a installation page again, warning that my database was not reacheable.
I reloaded the page and since then its offline. I can access my website panel, but file manager is offline too. The only thing i can access is phpmyadmin
