000webhost does not allow direct IP connections. If you want to point your domain to 000webhost please use either domain parking or CNAME pointing:

What is your registrar? I’m seeing a lot of users who’s registrar does not allow CNAME records, only A records. If they allow you to set custom name servers, you should try the parking method in the tutorial that @NGiNX linked, or try using Cloudflare.
