Where do I see server error log?

I have installed a script on my free server at https://lktracker.000webhostapp.com/

However, there’s an issue where some features are not working. Therefore, my developer wants to see error log which can be found at public_html

I don’t find any files like that. Will you please tell me where I can find it?

I’ve never managed to get error_log to work on free plan unsure if it is disabled.
You can make PHP errors display on the page as you load it but not log them seemingly.
