Where to add HTML code for building website

Hi, I need to know where to add the HTML code for building a website if you select the option to build your own website using HTML. I don’t know whee to add my HTML code. Please help.

No, it isn’t fixed. Can you please help me. Now I have added a html file to public.html using the file manager. When I click view on that file it opened the website with an error. The error is an application error and says I must check the logs. Where is the logs. But even if I just open my website it gives me the same error. But all I did was make a website using 000webhost and selected the upload my own website option. O nteh status it says it’s running. Please help.
