I moved on the permissions settings of the folders on the site and changed a lot to 777, please if you can check if the folders are secure thank you

The permissions are working only server side. I suggest you to revert them to prevent interference.

I am really sorry for late reply. I have fixed the issue.
For future if such issues will ever occur, please go to 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Repair website. This should solve most issues
on this other site my error continues

I followed the tutorial How to fix temporary file is missing in wordpress?
I created a new temp directory and defined it, then you said it wasn’t working so I changed the permissions hoping that would resolve it.
Only you can see if it is working by uploading a file, if I had access I would attempt to upload but I don’t, so just easier if we make changes and you try to upload and confirm it it works or not.
