Wordpress page gets 1 min to load

I have created a webpage with wordpress. At the beginning it worked fast, but since two months ago the webpage loads so slowly. The webpage is the following:

mariaygonzalo2022.000webhostapp.com

Furthermore, the admin page of wordpress goes as slow as the webpage. I have the following plugins:

Elementor
Essential Addons for Elementor
Countdown Timer Ultimate
Everest forms

I have checked the statistics and they seem to be fine:
