Wordpress pede para reinstalar! depois do site instalado

Hello!
my site Reset Wordpress installation
It is the fourth time I install it and after some hours he asks to reinstall Wordpress!
I tested it with WordHost from WebHost or WordpressBR and still my site stops working and if trying to reinstall by Wordpress installer gives database error!
