I have a wordpress site at http://www.1pureedm.com (DNS provided by 000webhost - native site is 1pureedm.000webhost.com) and after setting up a backup plugin and running it, the site will no longer load (the Chrome browser just ‘spins and spins’ when trying to go to the URL). Is this a condition of the ‘rate limiting’ issue? Is this something that is going to resume in a while? Or does an admin need to restart something? Please inform. Thanks.
