Wordpress want install again

Hello,
I hava a big problem, i build a wordpress website, but at one moment, wordpress redirect me to the install page and i cant do anything for retrieve all my previous data, i install again and restart from zero, each time i hava the same problem and i cant finnish my website. I can’t sent the data from local becasue in the free account, the uplaod data is limited to 8mb.
Can someone help me please?

WordPress Installation Page / Rate Limiting Issue

WordPress Reset / Fresh Installed / Wiped Out / Rate Limited

So coming from the rate limiting thread - It would appear a lot of users are still reinstalling / fresh installing / wiping out their work they’ve done on the first correct installation. DO NOT REINSTALL. Simply wait out the rate limiting. If you have unfortunately wiped your work / reinstalled then fingers crossed it has created a new database and not overwritten the previous one all your work is saved in.
