WP Theme Basic Bootstrap4 Won't Install

I have installed WP and am now trying to install Basic Bootstrap4 theme, but it fails. How do I get it to install?

I thought I would ry again, but the Change Theme dialog says it is already installed although my Theme says shapely.

OK, finally got it to be the active template. The Bootstrap4 theme structure assumes I want to set up a blog. I don’t. Should I continue my search for a simple theme or make an attempt to delete what this theme has activated?
