000webhost provides TLS/SSL certificates signed for *.000webhostapp.com URLs, therefore attempting to reach your site via podhorou.eu via TLS will throw the warning you were receiving.
I have modified the default website URL in Wordpress, and set it to http://podhorou.eu, so your site is now loading properly 
If you are still experiencing issues please clear your browser cache.
If you want, you can set up a signed TLS certificate for your site, however you’ll need to use Cloudflare or buy a cheap paid plan.
