That’s due to the 5K query per hour limit.
Wait an hour and try again.
Also, is that a new install of Xenforo?

You are getting this error because your website exceeded max queries per hour. As a free service max queries are limited. So if you need unlimited things with no interruptions then consider upgrading to

@Ayu if i buy that should i create new website or i can continue with this one ?

You can simply continue with this one. Just when you are all ready then contact to hostinger support to migrate your website and they will do it :wink:
