Greetings, I recently noticed that my site is down and when I try to access it, the server issues “Website is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.” but I did not delete my site, how can I find out the reason for the removal if the hosting administration did it? Can I somehow get a data backup? I didn’t get any mail with warnings o notifications on email. There’s anything that i can do to recover it?I also do not consider myself an inactive user, I went to the admin panel at the end of September.

Once a website is suspended webmasters must appeal to us within 7 days to avoid deletion.
There was no appeal during the 7 day grace period and therefore the website was automatically removed by the system after 7 days.
Can I get data backup? There were approximately 50 megabytes.
Unfortunately, deleted websites data is not backed up, and as such, we cannot give you any archive with the files 
I can find out why my site was suspended in order to avoid this in the future?
