Zip code problem

Hello everybody

I have a problem.

I bought a domain name for Hostinger in the multiverzumtitkai.xyz

But when I begin filling out the data here https://cpanel.hostinger.com/cart/domain/id/36462222

Domain setup:

Last Name* Ok

City* Ok

State/Region/Province* Ok

Zip* 4031 Problem

Phone Number* Ok

The Zip Code will incorrect. Sure, the zip code is correct 100%.

4031 is the zip code

my question is the following.
Why not accept it?
How can I accept it?
I live in Hungary.

You can google the zip code of your locality and then try or if it doesnt help then contact hostinger support :slight_smile:

Estou com problema na hora de registrar meu Domain que comprei.
O sistema pede o número do ZIP, estou informando com certeza um número correto,
mas ele retorna o mesmo erro, informando que está errado.
Como resolver ???

Hi @Arthurx1!

As stated earlier, use Google to find your correct ZIP code.

If it doesn’t work out, input a random ZIP code, the closest one to your location.

I’ve tried doing this, several times,
always returns the same error.

There may be interference between actual ZIP codes and online services which are providing support for them.

Please contact Hostinger Support, explain your issue and ask them for a solution.

Getting the problem resolved
The way was to pass a zip from the UK, it seems that the system is only accepting this.
