Support is still good, in terms of quick answers to questions. However, recent attacks against the server #44 assigned to my account have caused MAJOR downtime (as low as 50% availability) and frequent warnings about CPU/memory overuse (despite very low visitor volume to our site).
Often, I can't even log into the cPanel to chat or post a support ticket. Things will need to improve for me to continue to use this host.
