How do i add shipping fees on my website?
What do you mean by shipping fees?
When someone made a purchase on my website, i’d like to add a shipping fee on top of the items someone ordered.
Then, add shipping fees to item price.
You have no better option other than that huh?
What do you use? (etc. Worpress, website builder, js, css, html, php? )
Im not sure, just the website builder you have in the page. I created this website just today using your webpage.
No idea sadly… 
How about like a hidden item that automatically adds to the check out cart? can i do that?

for e-commerce. can i not edit at the website builder?
Our website builder comes with preset templates. It can’t modify other sites. Also, it does not support the implementation of additional PHP scripts.
If you want to create a buying/shipping system I suggest you to use other web applications which are designed specifically for that, such as https://www.x-cart.com/. However note that such apps will require many resources, therefore we suggest you to buy a premium plan. 000webhost has been intended for learning and testing purposes only. Anything which passes that should consider upgrading.
