May I ask where you are trying to upload your files?

Via File Manager, Via FTP (File Transfer Protocol), we need more information to understand your issue. :slight_smile:

If possible, provide screen shots.

Im uploading via the web FTP that you have, and when the upload is 100%, it says “an error occurred uploading files”

I suggest you grab yourself FileZilla FTP Client, I’ts a lot easier than the web FTP client.

FileZilla also has less errors and tends to work a lot better. :slight_smile:

Hello, I am trying with the FileZilla of Mac, yet it says Critical error, It couldn’t connect to the server. And uploading through your web the files, keeps saying that an error occurred uploading files, or that it cannot be done at the moment

Can you hit general settings on 000webhost.com then Change FTP password to a new password or the current password again, making sure FTP is toggled to ON.

Host: files.000webhost.com
User: user from general settings
Password: like you just set on general settings
