Backup php page tutorial for migrating old panel to new

Hi, when i did all the tutorial to the step where i have to type mywebsite.com/backup.php
Nothing comes, the page goes to "net.com"
What do i have to do? My website is " dieu-jesus.site88.net "

i just did all the tutorial, nothing of my website has come; it seems i have lost everything in doing the steps of the tutorial!!

i am now on the new panel, i have lost everything,is there something you can do to check if i really lost it all?

If you deleted your account you have no data available to download anymore.

Backups should be taken and double checked as per migration tutorial?
