There is an issue with the shared free hosting servers which is causing a 403 Forbidden error on the sites, and a 421 Error on FTP. We have found the issue and are working to resolve it. This is currently affecting a number of users and we ask that you be patient and refrain from creating new topics. We will update you as we have new information. If you really need your site to be online, upgrade to premium hosting where there is no downtime.
i dont have problem wit those errors but the problem is that it cant access my filemanager…
when i try to login my filemanager then it shows me that my login details were incorrect

That is because of the downtime with the servers, the FTP is down and therefore the File Manager will not accept your credentials.
ok i understand but would it work if i create a new account?
No it would not, the downtime is affecting a large number of users. Just please be patient and wait until the issue is resolved.
