Can't connect with FTP.exe anymore

All of a sudden Files.000webhost is refusing my ftp requests. When I enter any username it forces the connection to close. It seems like I now have to use filezilla, which is not an option for my win95 batch file servers! Is there a way to allow CMD.exe connections?

EDIT: Sometimes I get through, and of those times sometimes I get a “Broken Pipe”. This seems super unprofessional.

How about trying to login from within
files.000webhost.com?

BECAUSE I NEED TO USE WINDOWS 95 BATCH FILES! Hence my saying that I need to have it in windows 95 batch files. I need something I can run from cmd without doing it manually!

My setup for what? For batch codes I use the FTP command with scripts.
