What is your 000webhostapp URL?
I see that your name servers have been changed to 000webhost and they are fully propagated. The domain is working properly, it just seems that there is no index.html or index.php in your public_html folder.
Yeah both URL you posted are fine but you’ve got a 500 error which is a script error most likely Joomla, restart the installation or enable error logging to find out what is wrong now.
