Hello im hosting a website here, I have parked my domain, but it doesent work without WWW.

Your website is loading fine on both addresses.
Please clear your browser cache, flush your DNS and try again. Or just wait, and try again later

I’m also having trouble accessing your website without www. Are you using the website builder, if so follow this steps:
Gear Icon> Settings> General> And select Redirect from non-www to www.

This will make all the users using non www go to www.
@filip1 I don’t know what builder you have used to create your website however it only works for www.pouk-klavirja.si. Your website is loading, but it displays a blank page on non-www URLs…
I have fixed the problem by adding a redirect in .htaccess
EDIT: The redirect was there, however the .htaccess was named incorrectly. I have renamed it correctly for you
