Does Premium Web Hosting offer me an ability to create additional users on an existing mySQL database and give them certain permissions?

I currently have a free 000webhost account. I found out that I cannot create additional users on the database with the free account. I plan to give these users certain permissions (e.g., create, delete, insert, etc.).

Does Premium Web Hosting ($3.49/month) allow me to create new users on each mySQL database?

i think so yes you can have multiple users

Unfortunately, not. You have to buy a VPS to do that. In premium, one user for one database. and one database for one user.

really and if someone working with a team how could they manage there database

Let me ask Hostinger Representatives.

No future plans to implement the idea either.

Obviously available via VPS though

Big shame to be honest with all my other paid options I can create multiple users per database.

I have suggested this to the developers to be looked at - it would unlikely be any time soon though.
