Okay i just did a clean install of my website and i can access my wordpress dashboard just fine but i can’t access my website with the error and yes i’ve cleared my cookies and still no result

and i checked my general settings and the both the url are fine without the www and when i try to change the url settings in general now i can’t even access my wordpress dashboard and website giving me another error

Please note its a “Fresh install” I’m even getting a few error regarding my database but i forgot what the exact error was since i can’t even access my website again now. This has happened twice i reset my whole hard work website and redo everything and it’s still the same problem. I appreciate 000webhost with their free package but all they have been giving me is trouble and have been wasting my time trying to solve problems.
Not to mention the constant random error establishing database whenever i use my site this error occurs randomly

Your site should be accessed using HTTP not HTTPS
Please check that HTTP is within your site URL and if not then correct HTTPS to HTTP within it.
Also I’d recommend installing the plugin called Force HTTP which you can search and install for else
If you’d like to use HTTPS then visit www.Hosting24.com, get some shared hosting, a dedicated IP address and install an SSL certificate and you’ll be able to correctly and securely use SSL features - unless you are exchanging credit card information there isn’t much need for it on a WordPress site for example however.
Your site looks great apart from the popups which adblocker kills.
Thank you for all the help and option for a solution but i already fixed the solution with creating a new account despite the fact that it took me way too long to resolve just 1 of the few issue mentioned. I will keep note of this important setting if i were to stumble upon on it again in the future
In another note, Since i created a new account and the site url is set to https, seems to be working fine on my new account end weirdly. but since you recommended http so i changed it to http anyways. could it be another issue not relating to https for my old account problem?
After changing https to http it seems whenever i enter my site, Everything is fine but there a page not found text on top of the tab description for some reason.
Not sure of the script you are running so cannot advise.
