Can you try FileZilla instead?

Command: CWD /public_html
Response: 250 OK. Current directory is /public_html
Command: PWD
Response: 257 “/public_html” is your current location
Command: TYPE A
Response: 200 TYPE is now ASCII
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (153,92,11,205,147,192)
Command: STOR File.html
Response: 553 Can’t open that file: Disk quota exceeded
Error: Critical file transfer error

Hmm I know you aren’t breaching any limits yet but can you delete any files you don’t need to see if this cures it or to see if your file stats even change.

When I try to install a plugin in wordpress this shows up ?

Me pasa lo mismo!! Que hay que hacer si ni siquiera he llegado al 5% ???

Por favor, Ayuda!!!

Can you delete any files you aren’t using?

Yes I can delete…

Have you deleted any files you don’t need just to free up inode usage incase the stats are incorrect?

Yes, I deleted a wordpress-importer plugin which consist only less than 5 files. But even now I can’t upload a single .html file …

If you’ve not made any content etc I’d advise delete and start fresh with the latest install of WordPress

Can i export the current website ???

Yeah download a copy of your files and drop your databases

I’m getting the same error for almost every action I try to complete. I can deactivate plugins but can’t delete them. I can’t create a backup using the BackUpWordPress plugin as it returns the following error:

php: file_put_contents(storagelocationhere): failed to open stream: Disk quota exceeded …

I used FileZilla to download a copy of public_html and PHPMyAdmin to download an .sql backup of the database.

How should I proceed to restore my website?

Thank you in advance!

If you are on the new panel then settings, general, delete and try again kind of deal :frowning:
