I have been having trouble getting uninterrupted service since I joined and today has been horrible. I have seen the note suggesting upgrading to premium where supposedly there is no down time. If ooowebhost cannot provide uninterrupted service on Free websites, how can I be sure it can provide no downtime service on premium?
I was hoping to complete my website on the Free and see how the service is and if good, was planning to upgrade. But now ???
On premium each server has four or five people, on free hosting there are millions on each server.
