I just purchased hosting for one of my accounts, and just started the transfer of my site to hostinger. I already have a domain with hostinger too. It says it will be complete in 2 hours. After the wait, is there anything else I need to do to finish the migration from 000webhost to hostinger?

You should start using Hostinger cPanel instead: cpanel.hostinger.com
