The nameservers take up to 24 hours to propagate, please be patient. When nameservers are fully propagated, your domain will be ready for use and that message will go away.
what if it continues beyond 24 hours?
If it goes beyond 24 hours, I suggest contacting your registrar and asking them why the DNS is taking so long to propagate.
