Have a lookie in file manager for your logo file usually like banner.png or logo.png for example.

Open File Manager within 000webhost.com
Find the theme you are using on your forum
Finder the banner.jpg image or banner.png or logo.png and download it
Open it in Photoshop, design your logo
Upload and overwrite the existing file.
