Does 000webhost even have designer mode enabled?
Sorry, my english isn’t very good. In phpmyadmin, when you select the database, there is the designer form (after triggers) and here you can see relations between tables and place where you want the tables. But the save function doesn’t work, it says “A fatal JavaScript error has occurred. Would you like to send an error report?”

Oh I see now I don’t believe it will let you save on free hosting
