Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 113

Hello, i am having periodically this error.

BBDD SQLSTATE[HY000] [2013] Lost connection to MySQL server at ‘reading initial communication packet’, system error: 113

Every time this happens i write to the support team explaining the situation, but now they redirect me to the forum.

Through the controll panel i am able to access the “phpMyAdmin” panel, so it seems that the DB is fine.
I don´t really know what the problem is while connecting.
I think that it’s an internal problem 000webhost’s databases.

What is your 000webhostapp url or website address and username for 000webhost?

Can you post some screenshots of your errors?
