BOTs are not allowed on 000webhost as they are consuming a lot of bandwidth and resources.
If you want to develop and work with BOTs, I suggest you to buy a paid plan, or better: a VPS.

It doesn’t matter. Too many people are using this kind of BOT. We are planning to add it on our malware scanner as well. 000webhost has been intended to be free hosting provider for students to test their web development skills and to learn how cloud hosting actually works.
