I was sent, & responded to your ‘verification’ emails, & I am able to see my account. I am able to log into my CPanel, & I have been able to upload a test index.html file to it under my /public_html.
Now, when I go to view r39.netau.net from any of my dozen or so web browsers it doesn’t exist, they look it up, but r39.netau.net doesn’t exist.
I also tried to access uploading via my FTP (FileZilla) & it also tries, but can’t find the name anywhere.
What can be wrong? I’m a novice at this.
Do I have to do something with a nameserver (I’ve read about)…being I’m using your subdomain I didn’t think so, but am I wrong about that?
My CPanel doesn’t seem to have a problem finding it when I access it via the file manager in your dashboard when I’m logged into my account.

It’s been a week or longer since it shows a DNS error. Please fix.
It’s “active” in the CPanel, and I’m able to access it through FTP. Still, browsers don’t show the site.
The same had already been happening previously, with an intermittent accessibility.
I think it’s probably the netau.net domain. I know my subdomain can’t be found, but the domain cant be found either…that is what I believe needs to be fixed. My other alternative is to delete it completely & create another subdomain on another domain that I can verify before creating it…sounds like a plan if netau.net isn’t activated/fixed soon.
I have the same problem on a comlu.com domain.
It seems to go up and down randomly, I was using it perfectly fine 5 minutes ago then it stopped working and returns the “Server not found” / “Unable to resolve” errors.
I’ve seen this happen several times over the past few days so I don’t think they have reliable servers…
Being that I haven’t seen this server netau.net respond since my account was created a number of days ago, & no response from anyone regarding when it might be resolved,
I will proceed to delete this account on this server:

So, to recap, the server server27.000webhost.com for this account r39.netau.net has not been restored, & no information has been received on when or if it will, I unfortunately will be deleting this particular account.
As a further note, I am still very happy with my other account, who’s servers are responding fine.
I have same problem with my website ( http://p2t.netau.net ). Is not my ISP problem because i have tested your proxy tool on cpanel and give nothing. Only blank screen.
Many times a day are down. Could you fix please? Whats appen?
I think this is an issue with their CDN (content delivery network) domains…
If you’re in asia, your site might not be working because their CDN is down…
but try using a vpn with an american IP, your site is showing just fine…
Your websites are maybe mirrored on the asia server that loads websites for requests coming from asia. That asia server is probably down.
