My site wont work

So I have a website I made through the Builder and I hit publish and it goes through the process and what not. I go and check the FTP it’s all there. I go to my site and it don’t even register that there is a site in the FTP. How do I get it to work any help, Thank you.

So what is your website?

Looks fine to me can you post a screenshot of your file manager

What content do you have in .htaccess code and web.config code

Powered by

ErrorDocument 401 "Unauthorized"
ErrorDocument 403 "Forbidden"
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

DirectoryIndex index.php index.cgi index.html
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ zyro/$1 [L,QSA]

<?xml version="1.0"?>

Let me screen shot haha

Can you rename .htaccess to .oldhtaccess and see what the result would be?
Also the content of index.php what does that look like within public_html?

Yes i can. Here is the index.php line of code

<?php // Powered by include dirname(__FILE__).'/zyro/index.php'; ?>

You website works. You have unlinked parked domain from your App

I am still confused. I gonna try something

Under > set web address what have you?

Hi! I am having a similar problem and I saved copy of my .htaccess file on my desktop and deleted it on the server which gave me a different error and I added it back and well now I am at ‘Website is no longer available’. Have you guys found a fix for the original problem? Thanks!

Remove the .htaccess file and the server should generate one if required?
What is your site?

Have you changed anything recently?

What appears under set web address at for you?

I have a Parked and Subdomain

So they are linked to your account or do they say ready etc

I just registered and for some reason it’s just not working. I get the 502 Bad Gateway error, I tried installing wordpress from the site but when I kept getting errors I just reset the website and attempted a manual install but it acts like I have no files in the public folder…right now I reset the website again and I am back to square one with the 502 Error. -_-
