I had downloaded my site on 000webhost.com. It’s my website http://korchiv-tour.site11.com , but when I open the link of my site I automatically go to this site http://hostinger.com.ua/ How it’s possible!!?? I don’t know this site, and I don’t use header() in my index.php. What should I do?

Yes, I cleared the cache but result 0

You cleared cache but still get redirected to that site? Not the error page? What’s supposed to be on your site that works locally?
yes, my site still get redirected to anothe site. It’s little site about realestate, code of my index.php if it help code

Hostinger is a website that is using 000webhost to redirect the server 404 error. This only happens with some countries, like Spain, Argentina and others.
This indicates that your website is showing an error 404 (page not found). You should check your website.

Are you sure that within your** public_html** folder there are folders service,** user** and** templates**?
I’m sure. I created the same folder structure and files as well as on my home hosting. When I downloaded my site (2 days ago), it worked, but now it does not work. Maybe try delete this domain and create a new domain? Or choose another hosting… 
Do you have any file called .htaccess in the public_html folder?
Check that there is no warning or error message in the CPanel of your account.
You could also try to rename index.php and upload an index.html file containing minimum to see if the problem is with your index.php file.
