Mysql no option to add user and privileges

Hi in mysql create databse and manage database there is no option to add and give user the privileges like other cpanel. also in phpmy admin there is no tab like users / user accounts.

i need to edit and connect my wordpress database and users as i have uploaded my local wordpress to the server.

Hi @truccavexx
You have to export your database from your local WordPress phpmyadmin and then open your database phpmyadmin here and at top bar there will be option of import. Click on it and import the database that you exported from your local WordPress.
